The next day, Stamp Duty axed below £175,000.
So I guess I need to get them to drop it to £174,500... Though realistically speaking, it's only £1750 anyway.
Need to get work finished, and then I'm utterly torn on what I want/need to do next. I think that much as I want to stay at home and actually try and wind down a bit, I need to do more work on the kitchen. At least get more units constructed and ready to fit.
Bah.
Updated the website with new Joomla sections and updates. It's a real PITA working with Joomla, but I am getting to understand the way it works.
Someone buy the house. PLEASE. It still looks obscenely cheap beside the other properties on the John Sale website...
