2. Where was your first kiss?
In one of my best friend's barns, in Tuxford. Though we were playing kiss-catch.
3. Have you ever seriously vandalized someone else's property?
Not intentionally.
4. Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex?
No. OTOH, I don't hit people.
5. Have you ever sung in front of a large number of people?
Yes. Constantly.
6. What's the first thing you notice about the preferred sex?
Notice, or pay attention to? I notice hairstyles/faceshapes/eyebrow/eyes. I pay attention to whether or not they're nuts.
7. What really turns you on?
Being relaxed enough to relinquish control.
8. What do you order at Starbucks?
Nothing. I have ventured in when I have no choice, but I hate Starbucks.
9. What is your biggest mistake?
Generally, breathing, But thinking runs a close second. Doubting that I was in any way inferior to the general population, or indeed, that being popular mattered in any way.
10. Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose?
No.
11. Say something totally random about yourself.
I love horses.
12. Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity?
Johnny Depp (no. he didn't say I looked like one, people said I looked like him). Christian Slater. Jim Morrisson or rather, whoever played Jim in The Doors. In reality, I am considerably uglier and the only famous person I think I might look like is a "Horse with no name" era Neil Young. *shudder*
13. Do you still watch kiddy movies or tv shows?
The ones with 'adult' jokes hidden in, or I remember as a kid like Jayce.
14. Did you have braces?
For that, I would need teeth larger than the little ones between a cat's canines.
15. Are you comfortable with your height?
I'd wish I was a little bit taller.
I wish I was a baller
16. What is the most romantic thing someone of the opposite sex has done for you?
Bought me a guitar.
17. When do you know it's love?
What is love? Does anybody love anybody anyway?
18. Do you speak any other languages?
Nein. I'd like to speak Norwegian, read Japanese, though.
19. Have you ever been to a tanning salon?
Er, no.
20. What magazines do you read?
Sound On Sound, random music mags, Top Gear, Car, sometimes a computer mag if the cover disc is particularly appealing (in other words, not for a LONG time, since Internet provides better free software).
21. Have you ever ridden in a limo?
No. I don't ride in cars. I drive.
22. Has anyone you were really close to passed away?
The nearest would be my Grandfather; I realised retrospectively how much I could have been close to him, but I don't do 'close'.
23. Do you watch MTV?
Sure. Pimp My Ride (US edition), random stuff.
24. What's something that really annoys you?
Humanity. Human 'rights'. Spineless PC liberals. Hypocrites. People that use up their chances. People who define themselves via their defects.
25. What's something you really like?
A series of medium curves with good camber, sufficient suspension travel to feel the back end sliding, a rifle-bolt gearchance, six cylinders or more, and double the legal limit.
Or a chord change that makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end, whether I play it or someone else.
26. Do you like Michael Jackson?
Mmmhmmm. I don't know. He's undeniably talented, undeniably a freak. I don't know him so I don't know if I like him, but his music isn't my thing. I don't hate him though and I can respect the work he did, if not his lifestyle.
27. Can you dance?
No. Dancing invariably involves proximity to other humans.
28. What's the latest you have ever stayed up?
Awake at 6am. Airport at midnight. Flight left at 6:30am. 12 hour flight. Drove to Tulsa from Dallas. Drove to Oklahoma from Tulsa.
Didn't sleep at all. I can't sleep on planes. I'm busy planning survival strategies and working out which passengers I'll eat first.
29. Have you ever been rushed by an ambulance into the emergency room?
Not that I can recall, but I assume that I was when I was hit by a car. When I have hurt myself enough to need medical attention, I have driven myself to the hospital (most recently in memory, during a killer asthma attack).
30. Do you actually read these when other people fill them out?
Yes. Just to make sure.
I have PIE!
