C6 modification...
Mar. 17th, 2009 09:14 pmI am thinking of doing something a bit fun with the C6, but I'll never get to actually use it!
There's a multimedia table available for the seatbacks, which provides a fold-down table to the rear passengers - except it appears to be designed for holding a DVD player and screen, rather than providing a little picnic table like old cars used to have.
Now this is of no interest to me. However, what WOULD be fun is if that screen were a UMPC with a 7" display, and a small bluetooth keyboard stored in the little pocket in the rear seat, connecting to the mobile phone via bluetooth to get 3G data or with a 3G modem built in.
I would think that very cool. As I'm sure the passengers able to use it would too.
Sadly they're only done in black, so they'd contrast with the seats in the same way that the dashboard strip does. And my aesthetic sensibilities would require two tray tables, even if only one has a screen in it.
