You know what? I agree with the decision made by a panel of industry luminaries, including the McLaren F1 designers and Ferrari designers.

Okay, they're picking the 1955 original, but that's my favourite right there. '66 lights, decap.

What I'd be interested in is a country-wide breakdown though.

What's the most beautiful car Germany has produced? Or Britain? And can you allow a foreign designer, so for example, Frua designing the Glass 2600?



(That's the car that predates BMW as we know it; BMW, like VW, have built their modern car range on the technology of an acquisition - in VW's case, NSU and the K70 which provided the layout for the Passat, the basic engine design for their immensely successful four cylinder engines, and BMW with the Glas V8 and related cars).
