Workmen are fixing the kitchen wall/ceiling.

I'm getting online stuff fixed.

Absolute Music Solutions called/emailed randomly to tell me that the 2-pin PSU supplied with my Mackie Onyx was being replaced with a three pin - and apologised for not getting back to me when I'd asked if I could get the proper one for it. Seems that Mackie sent them the wrong ones in error! This definitely gets them more repeat business from me.

My 70-200 appears to be missing.

Quotes have apparently been obtained to put new windows (sash style double glazed UPVC with the little square inserts, apparently) in this part of the house too; I'm going to write to the theatre about renting the whole thing and then we could move bits downstairs whilst upstairs is sorted out.

Overall, feeling quite positive today.

AHA!

Bloody UPS delivered my lens to the wrong address! 13 Sheffield Road instead of 43.

Given that it'll probably have a UPS address label with the right address on, and they're not called RTK Media or Kilpatrick, one has to ask why they signed for it and why no-one has been to knock on the door and ask "Um, is this yours?".

That lens is worth quite a bit, so what's the ultimate fate given that it's been missing for a week?

[Poll #1346318]

And:

Would you sign for something not addressed to you?
Would you keep it?
The correct answer was - safe at 13, unopened, and as a result very hard to work out where it was supposed to have been delivered to :D
