Nov. 6th, 2006 10:56 amOff to Kelso to do STUFF in a few minutes (no gym today, blah), but greeted by non-functional phone lines.
I changed my line from ISDN to normal.
This resulted in a £35 credit.
My budget was tight, so I paid bill less £35.
Instead of getting a bill for £40 in November, I would get one for £75ish (A massive reduction on the previous £175/quarter).
So why is my line stopped?
Because I hadn't paid the £35.
And moreso, they just sent me a bill for £110.
Um...
It's sorted now, but jesus fuck. It can't be that difficult, surely?
In other news, I'm a curious mix of morose and happy since Whitby. It's a little annoying. I have to make plans to see my friends ASAP.
