Words cannot describe this film. Hammer & Tongs should fucking well stick to pop videos and making stuff that looks like some spotty art student's end of term video project.
Finally, something that a: I wouldn't give Mike & The Bots to watch, because it smells too bad, and b: makes the Zombie film we made last year actually look good.
I actually wanted to cry during the Magrathea workshop sequence, because it showed they could have made it work. Marvin was better than I expected, but the rest. Oh god. Never mind hanging around during the credits for the easter egg, it's hard enough hanging around through the film - the credits threw my callous (and bored) exterior into sharp relief.
EDIT: I mean, I missed Dr. Who for this? And I got Tom Selleck's Runaway on Laserdisc (purely for the TX816/QX1/RX11 soundtrack, mind) - I suspect I would have enjoyed watching that more...
(I know Dr. Who is repeated tomorrow. I will not miss it).
