Would have wanted to, and indeed, talked about it (and how much chance there would be to photograph from the platform, etc) but we really didn't have time; we looked at the canoes and had to dismiss those too).
Also I'm not sure how "in season" the rides were, though once in the Indian Reservation, stalls and stands for airboat rides were numerous.
