So I started writing fables.

Before Pru left, I'd hoped there might be some way I could at least contribute to the LRP side of things. At that, the background of the Varushka race in Empire appealed immensely, and I started working on a set of fables for the virtuous animals. Ultimately these were to be calligraphy-style, hand written on handmade paper, leatherbound and made into an auction item, but I'd also been interested in the role of Storyteller within that race. It appealed.

Now I actively want to avoid contact with the LRP sphere for various reasons, but the storywriting still appeals. So here is the first of the series I was (and will continue) working on.
