A day of noise

T-Mobile FINALLY fixed my sodding account, after denying there was an issue for ages. They even sent me a new SIM. The actual problem? The Web 'n' Walk Plus Upgrade. The technician removed it, changed the account to what it always should have been - true Web 'n' Walk Plus - and bingo, AIM works again.
Why do they always argue when you say it's NOT the phone, NOT the data connection per se, NOT the application, but something very specific?
Oh yeah, Quiklok stuff. Got my music stand, it doesn't line up right and wobbles. Basically, don't buy this stuff anymore - now it's made in China rather than Italy and owned, I think, by a different firm, the quality is no better than the cheap Chinese products from Stagg etc. This is a dedicated part for my keyboard stand system, bought when Quiklok were good originally, but all the new parts have been of such dire quality that I'd avoid anything they make now. Not worth the premium.
