A: There is so much stuff still here. OMG. Duplicated stuff so many times over; I had an iPod-docking alarm clock, so many books that need to be moved. Put the heating on, will wash car, then drain down outside hoses as it's now October. Yard deserted with no 2CV resident, but house untouched, no signs of people drinking in yard or similar past issues.
B: It is sad, losing this space. It's odd. I really did not like the Borders. However, I like this house, for all the costs of running it, etc.
C: Leaving Birmingham was made stressful and unpleasant due to the Highbury Little Theatre patrons being a bunch of solipsistic, inconsiderate pillocks, and successfully blocking me in. Then the staff seem to be incapable of grasping that we LIVE there, and it's not only not appropriate for me to have to "wait until the people leave", it's fucking infuriating.
D: I am SO busy.
E: "Your service will be terminated on 15/10/2008". Which is why I'm posting using GPRS since there's no 3G signal here.
F: I really hope this viewer likes the house. Or at least thinks it's an insane bargain.
G: Tebay services. Two men enter the bathroom at the same time. One goes into cubicle. As I go to leave, second one goes into cubicle, having already used urinal. They are talking to each other, a bit quiet, as they enter, and shut up when they see someone else in there. One pays for fuel before I do, and gets into a Focus KG05 HUA. Parked beside it is a Lincoln Navigator, RK54 something. Black, blacked out windows.
As I leave, Focus is parked on sliproad, driver on phone. Other toilet bloke gets into Navigator. A few miles up the motorway, Focus passes me, doing about 90.
Focus driver is erratic. 70... then speeds up as I'm passing. I remember my N95's Lightsaber is set to blue. Switch it on in corner of windscreen. Focus veers to inside lane, slows, then takes off.
Methinks drug deal. I know it's a stereotype, especially with the Lincoln, but they weren't in there long enough to be getting their gay on!
H: Morticia has been sleeping on the sofa lately. It's nice and sociable.
I: Anyone got Joomla! experience? I'll want some help next week fixing some template and font size issues.
J: I didn't get all my dinner due to the car pillocks. Neither did I finish my work. I am now hungry :(
K: As I had hoped, Philip Glass, rain, nighttime motorway drives and the C6 go perfectly together. The C6's serenity is incredible, not needing to flick the wipers in drizzle is great - just focus on where the car is going and what the traffic is like, no need to bother with lights, wipers, heater controls - everything is done perfectly. If I could pick features to add from every car on the market, I would simply want distance-sensing cruise control and Volvo's "blind spot" warning light (it's a bit tricky knowing for sure that you've passed a car so I tend to leave it a bit late to pull back in). Okay, and the fixed-hub wheel from the C5.
L: Getting spare keys cut so I don't need to do a dash like this again.
Okay, enough. Sleeptime.
