Still physically wiped out. Too much stuff in too short a period, I think. Heading back up to Hawick to get more work done.

Very interesting seeing the judging process for qualifications within the MPA. Good GOD getting Felowship recognition is hard, though I understand the critical process.

Gitzo traveller is my new favourite tripod.

Trying to decide whether to put A4RTK from the Delica on the MR2 knowing that it will be around for a couple of months yet, or on retention. I don't want to give the MR2 away and if the values aren't strong then I will probably buy a strong cover for it and see if I can keep it in Kelso. The central locking failed on the driver's side which gives me the excuse needed to strip the door down and install the new speakers.

Cross fingers for good weather :)
Konekobasu, the Delica, is now gone. Hopefully Ian is going to be able to repair the brakes and so forth and will not be unhappy about his transaction; I'm fixing the Suzuki's wheelbearing myself since it's a hub like the Astra was and therefore liable to be an easy fix. I really hope so, anyway. It'll potter around to the dump and back with a noisy wheelbearing for quite some time, anyway.

Need to clean the interior and the smoke stench out of it, though.

Anyway; the Delica sported my plate, A4 RTK. For expediency, I'm going to "save" the £25 and hassle of retention and shove the number on one of the new cars, both SHOULD go when the house sells. (Also checked out an Oriental Blue with Cream Leather C6 at the Carlisle dealer; if black REALLY has gone, then I'll probably have that colour. My first "new" car that I ordered, my 306 Cabriolet, was supposed to be blue but there was a 10-week wait and I was impatient. With a car I want for 7 years, patience is critical, so I'll wait for blue & sunroof if that's what I want).

So.

Which car should get the registration plate A4 RTK? I see the plate as a nuisance in some ways as putting it on the car automatically results in my having to faff about with more paperwork due to the very act of doing so resulting in fate deciding the car will sell after all.

Suzuki Ignis Sport Suzuki Ignis Sport
2004 Ignis Sport, two former owners (plus pre-reg, looking at history), HPI clear, 57,000 miles with history. Could this be the best 'banger' I've ever had?
Hmmm Hmmm
I actually think it looks alright from this angle. Sort of utilitarian. I'd still prefer something like a Nissan Pao for this sort of size, but it should be economical until house stuff is done and C6 arrives...
