Have been offered another Inpulse One, in need of restoration.

On hold to BT for 1:30 trying to resolve overcharged phone line. Two dropped calls, three failures to connect at all, three unintelligible call centre staff (including one where I just said "Where is this centre?" "Ymm mrched Inda (I think that he said "You have reached India)" upon which I just hung up and tried a different number). Then one helpful bloke, also in India I assume but clear, well spoken and knew what I was talking about.

And I can't find a DS Lite for sale which isn't being offered for 2x RRP.
