jenova_red & I are going to Thomas Dolby gig on Monday, and visiting Chelt people on Sunday afternoon, and... er... the QL Owners Club meeting on Saturday *coughs*.
Fretting over replacement cars has ceased having got an email from the seller of the purple Volvo 960 implying that someone is going to look at it tomorrow, because either it will be as good as it looks and they'll buy it, or they won't want it and therefore I assume it'll be broken in some way. I am in no way distracted by the appearance of an equally purple 850 on eBay, because I suspect they're all made of the same material as mine...
(Actually, the VOC people were suprised by the state of the wing I removed, and have never seen one as bad before especially on a car this age).
Oh, and if anyone won the lottery this evening and is feeling generous...

I'm amazed the reserve was so low on it. They wanted £20K and it's an unusually "useable" spec with the nicer early features, a very tolerable velour interior (leather, on these, usually cracks) and analogue (boo! but reliable) instruments. And black. I'll need a garage, too, please, and probably a second income to maintain it. On the plus side, I'd be eternally grateful.
