Okay...

I don't know a huge amount about modelbuilding. But. Would this aero engine work, with suitable modifications, as a power unit for a radio controlled car?

It's already more than I'd like to spend to have it as a tiny model engine or anything like that, however I still wonder if it would be of use for anything I know about (I'd love to get into R/C aircraft, but I also would love to be an astronaut. I know my limits ;) ).

Today, I are be mostly eating FRUIT.

Aside from Mayo in Schrödinger's Lunchtime Sandwich, if you see me eating dairy, shout at me. My voice is all messed up from eating too much dairy yesterday, and I'm annoyed with myself.

Actually, the whole willpower and food thing is really fucked up lately. Whitby didn't break it; I actually LOST weight at Whitby, and what I did eat was good and balanced IMO, aside from the pizzas. No, it's the dark days and stress that are trying to conspire to make me eat junk.

I'm not actually afraid of eating junk per se. It's not that I don't want to be 13.5 stone again, it's that I don't want to be so out of shape again; the difference in energy levels/overall fitness makes me very happy and I'm in no rush to break that.
