Just... Ew.

I've been trying to find a way to describe this scene from a walk on Saturday.

Passing the bus stop, there is one of those middle-aged women that you cannot imagine ever having been anything other than unattractive, middle-aged and slightly smelly. She has her 12 year old-ish (son?) with her, who looks to be a bit fat and stupid-lookin' in a kind of shell-suit/anorak arrangement (as I get older and notice clothes a little more, I have come to the conclusion that normal people are absolutely nuts, and cannot dress themselves. Black jeans, black t-shirt, black socks. What more does one need?). Anyway. Here we have Mrs. Bighead, and her son, Robert Downsy Jr., and he's put his left hand under her chin, and is leaning forward... she is overheard to say "I've told you already about touching me up for money" (this has to be a turn of phrase, right, like hitting someone up for a loan?), and he leans in and slowly kisses her cheek. I swear he was going to stick his tongue down her ear.

It has been squicking me ever since. There isn't enough Ew in the world to cover this.
I do love listening to the Marillion demos/live.

Without studio magic, Jigsaw Pieces sounds arguably worse when Fish sings it unprocessed than when I do.

*thinks*

AH! That's what I want to get for my M1! An Antares ATR-1a! :D

Does anyone know what the second part of the "Reese's Bride" episode of Malcolm is, in terms of season/episode number? We missed it, so I figured we'd download it.
This website profile always makes me wonder if I ought to be doing more with this stuff ;)
