Christ.

The site I was saving that will get me my 500Gb drive has eaten the meagre, but still "more than your average website" free space on my eMac.

I hate my eMac, in that I really like it, but the monitor sometimes whines, and won't stop whining, except it has actually stopped at the moment. I might have mentioned this before. As such, it still has whatever tiny HD it shipped with, as whilst chucking in an immense HD would be easy, I just cannot be arsed. My old Beige G3 has a bigger drive. The plan is to get an iLamp at some point now they're about £300 used - the eMac is still worth a couple of hundred, and I'd take a performance drop to have the LCD screen (though losing USB 2.0 would suck greatly).

RX8 people called to see how I'm enjoying the car. Rather more now that I know they're £50 a month more now (and going up again next month) because the residuals are plummeting.
Helpful, polite person at bank offered to send me details of all the charges applied to my accounts in the past 6 years, and gave me the direct address for the customer services department which is most likely to handle refund claims.

Printed a new batch of letters, organised, covering letter saying "nice, thanks for help, asking for ONLY these charges (£2,618 in total) and not other account maintenance/overdraft charges)" and so forth.

Now. This gets posted so they have it Monday.

So the following Monday, I can file small claims for the amounts required, if they don't respond.

(I could start one earlier, actually, but I plan to file online, with a date which is Sunday afternoon).
