Got my Bluetooth mouse today, which is really quick delivery. It had lithium batteries in which I think must have died (but struck me as an excellent idea), so I put new AAs in and it worked perfectly. NIce and smooth. Still feels a bit strange over the usual Apple soap bar but the scroll wheel is fast, the tracking is familiar, and the two buttons work well for menus and the like.
One thing I noted was the serial number. TMBT 00000038 (maybe less zeros). Which implies to me that it's the 38th one made. Surely they must be making more than that...
Hopefully my USB one will arrive and I'll get used to the shape - it's the lack of "not clicking" points like those on the Mac mouse that I find unnerving, as I'm used to holding them when using the mouse. This one is more conventional.
NIN on CD:UK sounds like a scary enterprise all around, and I'm glad I wasn't aware of it.
