Hooray for Korg!
Mar. 7th, 2005 02:21 pmMy beaten up T1 is about to get an almost full restoration thanks to Korg's fantastic spares policy.
New wooden end cheeks
New joystick (these are dead cheap, shared with M1 and the like. If it's broken get in touch with Korg)
Perhaps a mod wheel upgrade
New front panel buttons
New keys to replace burned keys
New contrast pot
New contacts and grease on the keybed
New power switch
It's going to cost well under £100 to restore this workhorse, too.
If you have an older Korg, then consider going directly to Korg for your spares if you can. Apparently really old stuff that is still in stock gets reduced in price accordingly.
