eDonkeh

DONKEH!

Okay. I love and hate eDonkey 2000 for OS X.

I love it because it found and has attempted to get "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" (MST3K version), and has been steadily trying to download it for ages - since Canada. It is slow and clunky due to a lack of sources mostly.

Now, I have 98% of it. I'm quite sure the last 2% isn't important. It is, after all, probably the end credits. They matter not. But I cannot start watching the incomplete AVI like I can on Acquisition because... *drumroll*... eDonkey downloads in parts! Bits of AVI are all over the temporary directory.

I hate eDonkey *grumble*

I'll probably be waiting forever for that last 2% too.

Also, we have the delightful news that our favourite Whitby cottage is available still!
Stickstrings!

Drill a hole in the drumstick at the not-hitting-the-drum end, insert string and thread through drummer's t-shirt, vest, shirt or necklace.

Never lose a drumstick again!

Sony have released a 4Gb MS Pro. it apparently will work with my Clie UX50.

Admittedly it costs nearly as much as the Sharp SL-C3000 4Gb HD based PDA, but... you know ;)

I'd like a Mac Mini too. All the cool people want one. Though why I'd want another 1.25GHz G4 based machine beats me ;)
